Earn Extra Income While You’re Already Out Shooting Homes

Snap2Lead lets real estate photographers get paid for spotting distressed properties during their normal workday — no selling, no cold calls, no extra driving.

Get paid for noticing
what you already see.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Spot a distressed property while you’re already out shooting.
2. Submit the address to our team.
3. If a contract is signed, you’ll get scheduled to photograph the property and shoot a short 1 minute video and earn $250. Heres the kicker: You don't have to edit. At all. You simply send us the photos and video clips, we do all the editing.
4. When the property closes, you earn an additional $250 bonus.
No selling. No cold calls. No homeowner contact.

PHOTOS THAT HELP US CLOSE DEALS, WHICH GETS YOU PAID

When possible, additional photos can help us evaluate a property faster.
You should always try to get these photos when you can. Investors like to know the condition of these things:
• Crawl space (if accessible)
• Electrical panel
• Water heater
• Exterior AC unit
• Any visible structural damage
If something isn’t present or accessible, continue shooting the way you are trained.
Never enter unsafe areas.

About

Hey — I’m Joe.I’ve been a full-time real estate photographer for about three years now, and this whole idea came directly from my day-to-day work. One of the people I regularly work with owns several rental properties, but his main business is buying distressed homes and either renovating them or placing them with cash buyers he already works with. I originally started photographing his rentals when tenants moved out. Later, he asked if I’d be interested in photographing properties he had under contract so they’d be easier to sell.I agreed — and that’s when something clicked. He offered to pay me not just for photos and a short walkthrough video, but also an additional bonus if I helped identify properties that turned into real opportunities. So while I was already out shooting homes for other agents, I started paying closer attention. Over time, I found several properties that turned into real deals — and I was paid the bonus each time. That’s when I realized this could scale.I talked to him about opening this up to other photographers, and he agreed to offer the same structure:
a flat payment for photos and a short video once a property is under contract, plus an additional bonus when the deal closes. These are cash transactions, so closings are typically fast — often within days, rarely longer than a month.
For him, it’s a low-cost way to uncover opportunities he’d otherwise miss.
For photographers, it’s a way to earn extra money without selling, cold calling, or changing their workflow.
Snap2Lead is simply a way to make that process organized, fair, and repeatable.

EXAMPLES

These are real examples of distressed properties identified by myself or other photographers while already out shooting homes. Each property became a legitimate lead, went under contract, was photographed, and later sold. In every case, the photographer was paid for the shoot and received an additional bonus when the deal closed.
Things to look for:
1. Boarded up windows
2. Trash cans not out on trash day
3. Tall grass, shrubs, or weeds in yard
4. "Dead" look. No signs of life
5. Aged properties
6. Peeling Paint
7. For rent signs. (Sometimes landlords are ready to move on)
